Service Agreement Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Cedar Crest Lighting, LLC (“Company”). By engaging our services, you (“Customer”) agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Scope of Services

  • Services include design, installation, maintenance, removal, and storage of holiday lighting and décor as agreed upon in writing.

  • Any additional services, materials, or design changes beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately.

  • The Company reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the installation plan for safety, efficiency, or quality purposes

2. Lease of Materials

  • All lighting and installation materials remain the property of Cedar Crest Lighting, LLC.

  • Customers lease the lighting and décor for the holiday season as part of the service package.

  • Customers may not alter, move, or reuse the materials apart from the services provided by the Company.

3. Payments

  • A deposit of 50% of the total service fee is required to schedule installation.

  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation and/or removal.

  • Payments more than 30 days past due will incur a 5% interest charge per month.

  • Accepted payment methods: cash, check, or approved payment apps (with applicable transaction fees).

4. Liability & Damages

  • The Company is not responsible for damage caused by acts of God, severe weather, vandalism, pets/animals, theft, or customer negligence.

  • The Company is not liable for any paint, gutter, or downspout damage that may result from attaching holiday lighting products.

  • The Customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the property for installation and removal.

5. Scheduling & Weather

  • Installation timelines are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • The Company will make every effort to complete installations and removals in a timely manner.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Cedar Crest Lighting, LLC for services, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the above Terms and Conditions.
